The Australian Funeral Directors AssociationAll George Hartnett Funerals locations are members of the Australian Funeral Directors Association (AFDA) and are proud to uphold the highest standards of business, professional and personal conduct set out in the AFDA’s Code of Ethics.

The AFDA Code of Ethics is designed to ensure both community needs and expectations are met in all aspects of service delivery. The Code is your assurance of sincere care and professional service, particularly at a time of uncertainty and distress for grieving family and friends.

As leaders in the provision of funeral services, George Hartnett Funerals continually invests in the training of our funeral directors so they remain fully aware of their compliance obligations and can meet them. We take pride in providing the highest levels of service to the people of Queensland and we love to hear from satisfied families. We also understand that, at times, you may feel there are issues that have not been resolved to your complete satisfaction.

To ensure your views are heard, we have a feedback procedure. Compliments or complaints can be made at one of our funeral homes, via the form on this website or by filling in our customer survey which is sent approximately 21 days after the funeral service.

Once your feedback is received, you will be contacted by a manager who will respond to your feedback quickly and efficiently. We will seek to find a resolution you are completely happy with.
